Croton Academy of Arts is a performing arts studio based in Westchester county. We provide unique programs for children, teens, and adults in both our studio and local schools.

school of rock
Rock got no reason, rock got no rhyme… You better get me to school on time! School of Rock: Young Actors Edition is a dynamic, one-hour version of the musical based on the hit movie. The tuner follows Dewey Finn, a failed, wannabe rock star who decides to earn some extra cash by posing as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school. There he turns a class of straight-A pupils into a rock band. But can he get them to the Battle of the Bands without their parents and the school’s headmistress finding out? Performances June 4, 5, 6 7:00PM & June 6 2:30PM.

Looking for a laugh before April Fools’ Day? Come see our high school company improv troupe perform on March 27th at 8:00PM! Everything performed will be made up, on the spot, using audience suggestions. The best part? It’s completely free (and that’s not an April Fools Prank). We will be collecting cereal to donate to the Croton-Cortlandt Food Pantry, so please bring whatever you can!

WINTER SESSION
Croton Academy offers a variety of performance arts classes at our studio: improv, sketch writing, acting, theatre, and more! Available to students starting as early as 4th grade through high school. If you’re interested in joining one of our classes, learn more below.

Summer camps
Comedy improv, sketch writing, and more! Camp CACA lets kids explore their creativity side and put together a live comedy show in only one week. Registration is open NOW!
Croton Academy Summer Theatre (C.A.S.T.) is a teen theatre camp. This summer we will be producing Into the Woods! Auditions will be in May, date is TBA.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Croton Academy of Arts provides after school care at both CET elementary school, for grades K-3, and PVC middle school, for grades 4-8. We are always accepting more students provided space is available.
